I graduated with an Engineering degree in Bio-Technology, and I never imagined that I would be in the Technology industry, having very limited knowledge in the Computer Sciences area. Salesforce is the main reason I am in the Tech space today!
I have 12+ years of experience predominantly in the Salesforce & the Agile space. I have been fortunate to play multiple roles starting from Business Analyst to Scrum Master to Product Owner to Salesforce Consultant to Program Manager to Practice Lead to an Agile Coach. In my last position, I performed the role of Vice President, leading multiple digital transformation Programs at Citi.
I have experience in implementing large scale Salesforce Programs for many Banking, Retail, and Telecommunication customers, while driving the adoption of Agile methodology for most of them.
I have 11 Salesforce.com certifications, including Application Architect. I am also a Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Scrum Master & PMI-ACP certified professional. I love everything Salesforce & Agile!
Salesforce Ohana
The best thing I admire about the Salesforce ecosystem is the Salesforce Ohana. Beyond the technology, what makes Ohana special to me is that it is such a warm & friendly community where everyone helps the other. I have learnt so much from the Community all these years. Giving back is an emotion we all carry in the Ohana – and this motivates me to give back more.
I have mentored many Salesforce & Agile enthusiasts, and guided them in their learning & career journey. I continue being a Trailblazer Mentor.
Other than Salesforce...
Outside Salesforce, I absolutely love volunteering for non-profits benefitting underprivileged Children & empowering them through education. Giving the right to education & basic healthcare to every Child is a cause very close to my heart. I am honored to have won the Presidential Volunteer Service Award, during my tenure in the U.S.
I still love reading anything related to Bio-technology – it awes me every single time knowing the power of science & technology.
I am always looking for something new to sketch, paint (Fluid Art is my new craze) during my free time, and dancing is something I have always enjoyed. Say the word ‘vacation’, and I am ready to pack my bags to travel, as I love to experience the beauty of nature and different cultures, all over the the World.
