Prashant Nambisan
I entered the Salesforce ecosystem over 12 years ago with prior experience in retail management consulting, sales, finance, and HR (leadership development programs). Since then, I have grown with Salesforce as it emerged from the s-controls and pre-lightning days to the immensely powerful platform it is today.
Over the past decade and more, I have been fortunate to play various leadership roles, learn from many leaders, and mentor many young professional in the Salesforce world. I have worked as hands-on Consultant, Program Manager, and Architect, often times taking on more than one role for projects. As a Salesforce Practice Lead at UST I have worn multiple hats with responsibilities spanning sales, P&L, resource management, delivery excellence and executive oversight across many projects.
I have extensive experience in multiple Salesforce clouds including Sales, Service, and Revenue cloud implementations. I believe my role has always been about articulating, translating, and realising business value through the medium of Salesforce solutions.

The best part of Salesforce is the Community where you can learn so much and have ample opportunities to make a difference.
I have been fortunate to be able to speak at a few Community Group events and contributed as a Trailblazer Mentor.
Other than Salesforce...
Outside of work, I love giving back to the community through volunteering and fundraising for non-profits. I strongly support causes related to education and child empowement as I truly feel empowering children will secure a better future for the whole world!
I am a huge chess fan and love playing 1-min blitz games, and variants like antichess and 4-player chess. I am also a puzzle lover who enjoys creating & solving logical, numeric and word puzzles.
I love to relax with old Bollywood film songs sung by Mohammad Rafi (my absolute fav singer!) or playing marathon ping pong (table tennis) matches. If none of these are around, a cup of south India filter coffee does the trick for me.
