This way, we can filter out all irrelevant updates, and keep it only for relevant ones.

As a Sales Manager, you can choose to receive alerts on all your Sales Rep’s Opportunity. All you need to do is to subscribe to opportunity alerts and voila, you will get notified every time a sales rep’s opportunity is updated.  If as a Manager you are alerted that your new Sales Representative’s opportunity which of high value, is in verge of losing, you can choose to set up a meeting to understand the situation and mentor your representative, as soon as the alert pops-up on your phone.

As a Service Manager, if you want to monitor high priority cases of your team, you can subscribe to the Case Alerts to get an alert immediately on updates of the relevant cases, so you can collaborate and guide the team as needed for faster resolution.

Salesforce Anywhere brings us the capability of having these chat conversations right within Salesforce. Whether we are working as Service Rep closing a case or a Sales Rep closing a deal, we have the ability of keeping our data secure & do not have to share important screenshots or details externally.

Chats can be 1:1 or with teams/groups and we can share specific field, record, files like spreadsheet or document through Salesforce Anywhere. We can easily access our chat feed and see all our chats in once place or chat on a specific record.

We can also specify our preferences for which chats we wants the alerts on and which ones we do not want.

We can send important records and files over chat, @mention people in our org for attention, and add emojis for some fun as well. Since this functionality is governed by permissions in Salesforce, only people with access can see the corresponding records and fields.

The best thing about Salesforce Anywhere is that it gives us the same experience, whether we are on a desktop or mobile device. If we are collaborating with a team member on mobile, we can continue that same conversation on the Lightning console when using our desktop. We do not lose any time or information, whether it is on mobile or desktop. We get to enjoy the seamless, uninterrupted conversations with our team.

AI Suggested Actions

If you are a Sales Manager who is overseeing multiple Opportunities in your region, or a Service Manager who is overseeing all open cases for high value customers, you are responsible for a lot of communications and documents. Your to-do list can be overwhelming, and it can be so easy to get lost on items.

Suggested actions allow us to take action right from an alert or a chat and is powered by Artificial Intelligence. We also get suggested actions tailored to our behavior. For instance, if you are a Sales Manager and you see an alert on an Opportunity which is in the verge of losing, Salesforce Anywhere will provide you suggested actions based on your previous activity with Salesforce and what actions you typically take. These actions might include logging notes, or logging a call, or contacting the Customer, depending on what actions you have taken previously in similar situations.

Search

Search results only include records that a user has access to, based on their permissions. To help users find their Salesforce data quickly, the Salesforce Anywhere mobile app (beta) organizes search results by recently accessed and by object type.
